Gordon Ramsey is Britain’s most famous chef and certainly one of the most talented.  I have read his books with great pleasure and now I have created a seasonal menu taken from his recipes to bring a flavour of his brilliance to The Lobster Pot.

Moreau have been making wines in the Chablis region of France since 1814.  All wines carry their signature and reflect their wine making philosophy based first and  foremost on quality.  Their wines are vinified in stainless steel in temperature controlled vats and no oak is used.  The wines chosen for this evening’s dinner show that you do not have to spend a fortune to drink quality wines.

You will be receive a glass of wine on arrival, with your starter, main course and cheese (125ml).

To make the evening a little different we are asking for ‘Smart Dress’ to be worn.
