St. George's Day - Sunday 23rd April
St George is
the Patron Saint of England,
so on this day we are celebrating England and all things English.
Come and celebrate your unique history, your sense of humour, the values that English people place on freedom, politeness, fair play and tolerance. (You can mention the two world wars, two world cups and even the ashes if you want!)
We will be open all day.
Our à la carte menu is available all day along with a special St George’s Day menu featuring traditional English food and local produce.
Two real ales
and some fantastic English wines have been sourced
for you to try.
Then from 7
o’ clock you can listen to live music from the band
“Wraggle Taggle”.
There will
be an opportunity to win excellent prizes in our
St George’s Day quiz.
